Your recipe, your rhythm, entirely yours

There is a particular satisfaction in making something yourself, especially when what you make is entirely for you. Mineral Moss Raw is wild-crafted sea moss exactly as it arrives from Grenada. Dried, cleaned, and otherwise untouched.

Soak it overnight, rinse, and blend to your own preferred consistency. You decide how thick, how smooth, and what else goes in. The result is the same nourishing gel, made by your hand and on your terms.

Every batch begins in the marine-protected waters off Grenada, still harvested by hand. Sea moss has been used for centuries as a nutritional and wholesome food source.

Make it yours

Three steps, a few minutes of your time, and it’s all yours.

One of the reasons people choose the Raw over the Gel is control. When you make the gel yourself, you decide the thickness, the texture, and what goes in alongside it.

Step 01

Rinse

Rinse the sea moss well with spring water or under a cold tap for a few seconds.

Step 02

Soak

Transfer to a large jar or bowl, cover with fresh spring water and put a lid on. Leave for 12–24 hours. It will expand significantly, becoming soft, pale and translucent.

Step 03

Blend

Drain the soaking water, then add everything to the blender with fresh spring water. No need to rinse again. We recommend 600ml for a smooth, spoonable gel. Less water makes it thicker, more makes it looser.

Make it taste like yours

A squeeze of lemon or lime. A knot of fresh ginger in the blender. Some people never change a thing. It is yours to work out.

What sea moss naturally contains

20+ Minerals & trace elements, naturally present

Iodine. Sea moss naturally contains iodine, which contributes to normal thyroid function and the regulation of hormones. Iodine is difficult to obtain in sufficient amounts from a typical UK diet.

Potassium and magnesium. Potassium contributes to normal blood pressure; magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness.

Iron and calcium. Iron contributes to normal energy metabolism; calcium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Prebiotic fibre. Sulfated polysaccharides which have shown prebiotic activity in research, supporting beneficial gut bacteria. Fibre also contributes to normal digestive function.

Antioxidant compounds. Natural phytonutrients and polyphenols that contribute to the body’s natural defences against oxidative stress.

The practice

The body does not need to be fought. It needs to be understood, trusted and fed properly. That is what a practice is. Not a rule, but something you keep.

Where it comes from

We went and found the best. The rest is yours.

The Raw is the same wild sea moss we use in our Gel. It took months to find moss good enough, and it comes from the marine-protected waters off Grenada, still harvested by hand. We do the sourcing, the drying and the checking. What happens next is up to you, which is how sea moss has been used for most of its history.

The difference people have felt

Sea moss is not a quick fix, and we would never suggest otherwise. What many people notice, over weeks rather than days of taking it consistently, is a gradual shift.

Hair that feels stronger, with increased shine and growth over consistent use

Nails that grow faster and feel less prone to breaking

Digestion that feels more regular and settled

Skin that feels more hydrated and balanced

A quiet steadiness in energy. Less about peaks, more about a baseline

An overall sense of nourishment that builds cumulatively with daily practice
