Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We are not shipping to the EU or elsewhere at this time.

Delivery and cost

All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch. Delivery is £5.50. We do not offer free delivery.

When we dispatch

Mineral Moss Raw is dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.

Mineral Moss Gel is blended fresh once you order, so it is dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.

We dispatch Monday to Thursday, so your order spends as little time as possible in transit. An order placed on a Friday is made and sent the following Monday, so it reaches you as fresh as it can be rather than sitting over the weekend.

Tracking

Once your order is on its way we send a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow it using Track and Trace on the Royal Mail website.

If your order has not arrived

Check your tracking number first, as it will usually show where the parcel is. If that does not answer it, email us at team@sensovyu.com with your name and order number and we will look into it.
