Ingredients
Wild-crafted sea moss. Filtered water.
No preservatives. No additives. No fillers.
Allergen & safety. Contains naturally occurring iodine. Do not use if you take thyroid or blood-thinning medication or have a thyroid condition. Seek medical advice if pregnant or breastfeeding. Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Allergens: contains seaweed.
Filtered water
Water is the second ingredient in this jar.
Tap water carries things you would not choose to add to sea moss. We filter ours to reduce chlorine and chloramine, fluoride, heavy metals such as lead and copper, microplastics, and pesticide, herbicide and pharmaceutical residues.

Mineral Moss Gel is our ready-to-use form. Wild-crafted sea moss, hand-processed and blended with filtered water into a smooth, softly luminous gel. Stir it into hot water or coffee, or blend it into a smoothie. Blend it into broths, sauces and stews. Work it gently through damp hair, or apply a thin layer to cleansed skin.
Every jar begins in the marine-protected waters off Grenada, where the sea moss is still harvested by hand. Sea moss has been used for centuries as a nutritional and wholesome food source.
How to use
One jar, three ways to use it.
The texture is cool and yielding, and it asks almost nothing of you. Take it daily, or work it into the parts of your routine that already exist.
One
Consume
Take one to three tablespoons (15 to 45g) daily. Eat from the jar, or stir/blend into hot water and lemon, coffee, or a smoothie. Add to breakfast bowls, soups, sauces or stews.
Two
Hair
Work a small amount through damp hair from mid-lengths to the ends. Leave for 5-10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Three
Skin
Apply a thin layer to clean skin in the shower. Leave it on for a few minutes, then work it in slightly, and finally rinse off with warm water.
Before the day begins
One spoonful that belongs entirely to you. Into your coffee, matcha, or smoothie bowl.
What sea moss naturally contains
Iodine. Sea moss naturally contains iodine, which contributes to normal thyroid function and the regulation of hormones. Iodine is difficult to obtain in sufficient amounts from a typical UK diet.
Potassium and magnesium. Potassium contributes to normal blood pressure; magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness.
Iron and calcium. Iron contributes to normal energy metabolism; calcium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
Prebiotic fibre. Sulfated polysaccharides which have shown prebiotic activity in research, supporting beneficial gut bacteria. Fibre also contributes to normal digestive function.
Antioxidant compounds. Natural phytonutrients and polyphenols that contribute to the body’s natural defences against oxidative stress.

Every jar begins in the protected marine waters off Grenada, where sea moss is harvested by hand. The amber glass is UV-protective, which keeps the contents out of the light from the day it is filled. It is also built to be refilled, reused and kept.
